ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy downloading, installing, or using Wexoon ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Chalty LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of Wexoon during the beta testing period.2. ELIGIBILITYTo use Wexoon beta, you must:Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Provide accurate registration information
Have a compatible mobile device
Be an approved beta tester3. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS3.1 Account RequirementsYou must create an account to use Wexoon
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You may not share your account credentials

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY5.1 Our ContentAll App content, features, and functionality are owned by Chalty LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes during the beta period.5.2 User ContentIf you create or upload content:You retain ownership of your original content
You grant us a license to use your content within the App
